Material Planner/Controller

- Material Planning and Analysis: Analyze material requirements to align with the Master Plan Schedule and ensure on-time delivery to support production goals.
- Communication and Coordination: Provide precise and timely information on all parts supporting the plan to the Operations team, ensuring clarity and alignment across departments.
- Expediting Critical Parts: Identify and expedite any parts that may cause production delays, working proactively to mitigate risks and maintain schedule adherence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Attend meetings with the purchasing department to obtain commit dates for material deliveries and report findings to all relevant stakeholders.
- Shipping Documentation: Prepare detailed shipping documents for all outbound deliveries of parts in process and completed assemblies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Problem Resolution: Address material shortages, delays, or discrepancies by collaborating with suppliers, purchasing, and operations teams to implement corrective actions.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of material status, delivery schedules, and production impacts, providing regular updates to management and other interested parties.
- Proven experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations, preferably within an MRO or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Proficient in Excel & Power Point
- Project Management Skills
- Excellent analytical and data analysis skills
- Good communication skills and able to work with different levels of the organization

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
