What You’ll Do

• Drive the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, ensuring close alignment with strategic objectives, business inputs, and market trends.
• Lead monthly and year-end closing to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
• Manage regional financial reporting and consolidation, translating local performance into regional templates and presenting key insights to regional stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive variance analyses (Actuals vs Budget / Forecast) to identify key business drivers and deliver actionable insights.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, BD) to align financial targets with overall business strategies and support decision-making.
• Design, build, and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning, strategic investment analysis, and business case evaluations.
• Synthesize complex financial data from multiple sources to support strategic decision-making and execute ad-hoc financial projects.

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Major in Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred)
• 5 to 7 years professional finance experience including FP&A
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong analytical skills with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Advantage To Have

• Hands-on experience with SAP and BPC
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Think-cell, etc.)
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Logistics/Supply Chain industries
