Responsibilities of the role:
- Manage asset performance initiatives (leasing, valuation, development).
- Assist in partner and advisor relationship management.
- Support debt financing, reporting, and refinancing processes.
- Support to prepare annual business plans, budgets, and leasing strategies.
- Update investment models and cash flow forecasts quarterly.
- Conduct financial analyses and performance reporting.
- Assist in internal valuations and review external reports.
- Support acquisition due diligence and asset-level transactions.
- Coordinate development and asset enhancement projects.
- Minimum 1-year experience in Korea’s real estate industry.
- Exposure to development and asset enhancement projects.
- Familiarity with asset management of income-producing and development assets.
- Basic financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel, Argus, Estate Master).
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills in Korean and English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure;
