Artworker/ Graphic Designer

Our client, a well-established Print & Design company based in Crawley, West Sussex, is seeking a talented and dedicated Artworker/Graphic Designer for a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing design files for print, ensuring accuracy and high quality, as well as assisting in designing creative concepts tailored to client briefs. The role requires a blend of technical skills and creative flair to deliver visually compelling and print-ready artwork that meets the company's standards and client expectations.

• Proven experience in Graphic Design
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Good understanding of colour management, file formats, and print processes
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration
