Job Functions•
- Manage pricing and quotation activities for domestic and international telecom/network services
- Negotiate costs and commercial terms with carriers and vendors
- Review customer requirements and propose optimized pricing solutions
- Analyze cost structure, margin, and profitability to support pricing strategy
- Collaborate with sales teams to prepare customer quotations and commercial proposals
- Assess pricing impact for service termination, migration, and change requests
- Coordinate with global partners and internal stakeholders in English
Job Requirements•
- Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering, Cisco, Huawei certificate holder preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Telecom market / working experience in NI market preferred• Experience in WAN management / global telecommunication is a plus.
- Experience in pre-sales or in-sales support or related is a plus• Has knowledge of global submarine cable infra
- Technical knowledges in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IPVPN, SD-WAN and Cloud, IOT, IDC preferred
- Intermediate-level English proficiency is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus
