Job Description:

• Responsible for assisting the L3Harris Global Business Services vendor master data governance (MDG) team with reviewing vendor data change requests for completeness and accuracy
• Responsible for assisting with vendor master data system changes
• Ensure vendor data change requests coming from buyers, vendors, and other sources are complete and accurate
• Investigate and resolve data differences in the vendor master records
• Participate in projects designed to increase payment of vendors through ACH from L3Harris

Qualifications:

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Analytics or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge and/or experience in data analytics, strong Excel skills, schedule development and tracking, strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in financial systems, including SAP and/or PeopleSoft, desired. Ability to learn and adapt quickly with exceptional follow-through skills a “must.”

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$42,640.00 MIN - $85,280.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$37,440.00 MIN - $74,880.00 MAX].. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays.
