We are looking for a Junior Business Development Representative to support the growth of our Business Assurance division. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop strong commercial skills in an international and dynamic environment. Identify and contact potential clients (prospecting, outreach, networking) Support the sales team in developing new business opportunities Build relationships with international clients and understand their needs Assist in preparing commercial proposals and offers Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions Keep CRM updated and support sales reporting activities
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or internships Strong interest in business development and B2B environments Good communication and interpersonal skills Fluent Bulgarian and good level of English Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
