Job Description and Duties Will Consider Analyst II
The Office of Building Operations and Safety Services, within Division of Engineering Services is looking for either an Analyst I or an Analyst II to fill a facility officer position.
Under the general direction and supervision of the Supervisor I, in Business Services Branch, TransLab, the Analyst I, will be responsible for various tasks and responsibilities, performing at the journey level and will be responsible for performing tasks to provide facility support to the Translab. Incumbent will assist in developing short- and long-range plans and projects for routine, preventive, and major maintenance repair of buildings, grounds, systems, and equipment to ensure high-quality functioning facilities for TransLanb staff and customers.
An Analyst II will handle the more complex and independent responsibility of developing short- and long-range plans and projects for routine, preventive, and major maintenance repair of buildings, grounds, systems, and equipment to ensure high-quality functioning facilities for Translab staff and customers. As project and contract manager, develop and implement Translab-wide infrastructure repair projects and strategies of a complex nature that encompasses state owned facilities totaling approximately 171,195 square feet, on 17.9 acres.
