You'll drive the financial performance of critical projects, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing profitability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Contract Management, Legal, and Operational Excellence), provide financial analysis and guidance, and contribute to negotiation processes to secure project success, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:
- Participating in overall Project Management processes jointly with the Project Manager. ,
- Optimizing financial aspects of the project, including organization, tax, hedging, and financing. ,
- Providing finance advice and tutoring to the project team to create value and enrich integration within the organization. ,
- Ensuring compliance with finance rules in project review preparation and throughout project execution. ,
- Controlling the financial performance of the project and proposing action plans to improve contract margin and cash profile. ,
- Raising "Early Warnings" to increase management attention when necessary. ,
- Adding insight and accuracy to project financial information, including forecasts, revenue, cash, and costs. ,
- Supporting the Project Manager in risks and opportunities processes and signing off contingencies/committed savings.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent field. ,
- Experience or understanding of project financial management, including cost, revenue, and profitability analysis. ,
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and financial governance. ,
- Familiarity with financial tools such as MS Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. ,
- Strong communication and leadership skills. ,
- Strategic thinking with the ability to synthesize and analyze complex data. ,
- Resilience, integrity, and the ability to work autonomously in a matrix environment. ,
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams. ,
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
