You're a Great Fit If You Can
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with community partners, contractors, customers, and cross-functional internal teams
- Accurately review, process, and track incentive applications in accordance with In-Home Energy Services program requirements
- Apply program rules and eligibility criteria consistently while exercising sound judgment within defined guidelines
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally, when requesting additional documentation, explaining program requirements, or resolving issues
- Identify discrepancies, data gaps, or potential compliance concerns and work proactively to resolve them
- Analyze application data and workflow trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and error reduction
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Document decisions, notes, and exceptions clearly to ensure transparency and continuity
- 2+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
- Incentive processing or program administration
- Energy efficiency or utility-funded programs
- Customer service, administrative, or operational support roles
- Strong attention to detail, with demonstrated experience reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort working with databases or program management systems
- Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and frequent interruptions
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
DOT Requirements
If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

$48,800.00 - $66,300.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
