About The Role
We are looking for an EPCM Coordinator (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) to help the SD&T Projects Business Services team deliver an effective contractor workforce, and mobilisation services across our project network.
In this role, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of project outcomes by supporting EPCM workforce management, contractor onboarding, payment administration and business improvement initiatives, while working with a collaborative and supportive team that partners closely with project leaders, EPCM providers and operational stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Specialist for Business Services and working in a collaborative and supportive team environment within the SD&T Projects Business Services team, you will be
- Maintaining and administering the PRF (Personal Requisition Form) system and associated databases across multiple projects to support workforce planning and governance
- Reviewing and validating EPCM invoices, timesheets and supporting documentation to ensure contractual compliance and timely payments
- Overseeing and reviewing contractor mobilisation activities and procedures, ensuring alignment with Rio Tinto, HSE and project requirements
- Managing workforce systems including Pegasus and Workday while providing guidance and training to key stakeholders
- Maintaining light vehicle records, allocations and compliance requirements to support project operations
- Building effective relationships with EPCM administrators, project teams and business stakeholders to deliver responsive and efficient support services
- Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, compliance and stakeholder experience
- Supporting audits, reporting activities and special projects that contribute to continuous improvement across the business
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Demonstrated experience in an administration, coordination or business support role within a complex organisational environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, alongside proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and communicate confidently across a range of teams and functions.
- Demonstrated capability to work proactively, take ownership of outcomes, apply analytical thinking to identify opportunities and solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting EPCM, contractor workforce management, mobilisation or project delivery activities
- Exposure to systems such as Workday, SAP, Pegasus or similar workforce and enterprise platforms
- Experience working within mining, resources, engineering, construction or other large-scale industrial environments
