Contract Administrator

Hays is currently recruiting a Contract Administrator for a Tier 3 commercial construction company. If you have at least 1+ years' experience in commercial contract administration (for a main builder), this might be for you.

Your new company

Working within a Tier 3 company you will support projects $5-15M in value. With a range of retail, hospitality & service projects.

Your new role

• Administer contracts and support commercial management to ensure projects finish on time and on budget.
• Prepare procurement documentation and ensure subcontractor and supplier obligations
• PO's, claims, forecasts, file management, cost and budgets
• Manage contract correspondence, job files, document control, and non-conformance reporting.
• Support programming, risk management, and performance monitoring with the Site Manager.

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience in contract administration within commercial buildings, must have experience as a main builder
• A Construction Management qualification is an advantage.
• 1+ years working on projects $2M+
