Loan Administrator

We're hiring a Loan Administrator to own the documentation and compliance side of our debt facilities across a growing portfolio of entities. You'll be the person lenders, title companies, and escrow officers call, and the person internally who knows where every document is and what's due next.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for lender document requests — through closing and across the life of each loan
• Maintain organized loan files for every active facility: notes, deeds of trust, loan agreements, guaranties, closing documents
• Track covenants, financial reporting deadlines, insurance certificate renewals, and extension/renewal windows across the portfolio
• Coordinate with title companies and escrow officers on closings, payoffs, and lien releases
• Monitor UCC filings and continuation deadlines
• Support due diligence collection for acquisitions, financings, and dispositions
• Work alongside Counsel on entity records, contract deadlines, and document execution
• Build the checklists and tracking tools that make all of the above repeatable as we scale

What we're looking for

• 1+ years in loan administration, title work, commercial lending support, paralegal work, or a related function
• Working knowledge of loan documentation and real estate closing processes
• Strong organization and attention to detail — you can hold multiple active files without dropping threads
• Comfort with document management systems and Microsoft Office
• Discretion with confidential and sensitive information
• Direct experience with title companies, lenders, or outside counsel in real estate or construction is a plus
