Position Introduction
The Community Partnerships Project Coordinator oversees and manages the initiation, execution, and renewal of Affiliation Agreements for the Office of Community Partnerships. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and external organizations to ensure agreements are completed accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with institutional policies. Additionally, the position provides administrative support for departmental operations, including records management, contract tracking, and coordination of processes that support the Office of Community Partnerships.
This is a grant funded position and is contingent upon continued receipt of the grant funds. Accrued but unused leave is not required to be paid out as compensation to grand or contract funded employees at the termination of employment unless the grant or contract contains a separate account with sufficient funds (Staff Handbook, Section 3.10.1.2)

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 24 months of project management or related experience.
Department Preferences
- Solid understanding of contracts and/or legal terminology preferred.
- Advanced skills in MC Office, including Excel is preferred.
- Skilled at handling difficult situations with patience and diplomacy.
- Capable of multitasking while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
- Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships.
