Pay and Benefits: Only applicable if hired at the Elkton, Maryland location.
- $92,000 - $124,000 per year

- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve standardized global procurement dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting to provide transparency of supplier-related metrics across regions
- Aggregate, cleanse, harmonize, and validate procurement data from multiple sources (e.g., SAP, Excel, Dataverse)
- Build and maintain robust data models and analytical logic to enable spend analysis, supplier KPI tracking, cost optimization, and category insights
- Design and deliver advanced analytics solutions using Power BI, including data modeling, interactive reporting, and visualization
- Develop and automate data-driven business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
- Use advanced Excel capabilities—including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, data modeling, and charting—to support ad hoc analysis and enhance recurring reporting
- Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., ClaudeCode, Copilot, or similar models) to enhance efficiency
- Present insights clearly through executive-ready visualizations, concise reporting, and business-oriented recommendations.
- Prepare and provide supplier and component data to support customer and regulatory inquiries
- Create documentation and train users and stakeholders to ensure adoption of tools and analytics solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis/reporting, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing/engineering environments
- Advanced expertise in data analytics tools, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Solid experience working with SAP/ERP data, including extraction, validation, transformation, and reporting
- Proven ability to manage and analyze large and complex datasets translate business requirements into data-driven insights, and support foundational business processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and time zones
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- Experience supporting procurement transformations or global data standardization initiatives
- Working knowledge with AI-assisted coding, analytics, or productivity tools such as ClaudeCode, Copilot, or other large language models used to accelerate reporting, code generation, or Excel optimization
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
