Responsible for Entire subcontracting activities for FBV and TOBFV Products

To Carry out Sub Contract Machining activities

To study engineering drawings for machining and evaluate cycle time

To float enquiry for machining job order and receive offer

To arrive machining prices by comparing 3quote machining offers

To release PO for subcontract machining and expediting machining activities

To coordinate with PED team and supplier for providing tools and fixtures

Ensures performance tracking of suppliers on the quality and delivery parameters

Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders

Tracking GRN preparation and QC acceptance for procured castings.

Provide the status of various orders to the Central Planning team

Assist in preparing the Procurement MIS and other reports

Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems

Supports all material cost reduction initiatives for the category(s)
