Position Summary



The Cost Analyst will support the Senior Cost Manager in implementing project cost control processes for major capital projects. This role is responsible for collecting, validating, and reporting cost data and supporting financial tracking throughout the design lifecycle. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow into broader cost engineering responsibilities within an EPC environment

  • ngAssist in developing and maintaining project cost reports, forecasts, and trend log
  • s.Update budget vs. actuals, commitments, and forecasting data on a routine basi
  • s.Support preparation of monthly cost reports, including variance narratives and KPI summarie
  • s.Maintain cost coding structures and ensure accurate data entry into cost management system

s.Change Manageme

  • ntTrack potential changes, design evolution impacts, and scope adjustment
  • s.Support the Senior Cost Manager in preparing Change Order documentatio
  • n.Maintain the change log and ensure changes are reflected in forecast

s.Procurement & Contract Suppo

  • s.Validate invoices, pay applications, and commitment trackin
