Accounting Specialist

Nguyen & Tarbet is an Intellectual Property (IP) Law Firm in Tucson. We’re looking for someone who is smart and hard-working to work as an Accounting Clerk in our IP law firm.

Serious candidate who is willing to commit to a long-term relationship is encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work together and report to the Senior Accountant, Accounting Associate, Business Analyst, and Director of Operations
• Support day to day accounting operations of the legal services
• Generate and send all invoices to clients
• Assist with Account receivables
• Assist with Account payables
• Assist with Bookkeeping
• Communicate with clients re Overdue
• Ability to understand legal jargon and legal description of scope of work done by the law firm

Requirements And Qualifications

• Must be very organized, detail oriented, and accurate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prefer accounting experience with Quickbooks, LEDES, and Google Sheet
• College degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred
• College Transcript with minimum of GPA 3.5 required
