We are seeking a Contracts/Compliance Analyst to support contract administration and regulatory compliance for a large-scale state government IT engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Review and track contract deliverables, terms, and compliance requirements
- Support preparation of compliance documentation and reporting to the state agency
- Monitor adherence to state procurement and contracting regulations
- Coordinate with legal and project leadership on contract-related questions
- Maintain contract and compliance records throughout the project
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in contracts administration or compliance, ideally in government contracting
- Familiarity with state procurement regulations and contract compliance processes
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience with public sector IT contracts a plus
