- Providing administrative and operational oversight of all research compliance programs (IBC, IRB, IACUC).
- Develop and maintain systems for protocol submission, review, tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate compliance committee meetings, training and documentation.
- Develop, update and disseminate compliance-related policies and SOPs.
- Ensure alignment with federal regulations.
- Oversee audits, inspections and compliance assessments.
- Provide regulatory guidance to researchers and administrators.
- Support training programs, audits, reporting requests and documentation for site visits.
Duties
Successful candidates must have earned at least a bachelor’s degree in one or more of the following disciplines, or another area related to the position duties:
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Environmental Health and Safety
- Safety, Security and Emergency Management
- Public Health
- Industrial Hygiene
- Chemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology or Biochemistry
- Healthcare Administration
- Research Administration
- Public Policy
