• Location: Lehi, UT 84043 (Hybrid)
• Duration: 8/10/2026 to 3/10/2027 (Contract)

• Employ Salesforce and SAP (ECC, CC, and CI) in capturing enterprise opportunities and contracts to guarantee accurate downstream invoicing and revenue recognition via meticulous manual and semi-automated methods.
• Actively review sales pipeline and corresponding deal information to anticipate potential booking issues or negative customer experience impact, and work to resolve during the deal negotiation process.
• Conduct weekly reconciliations and other oversight activities to ensure accurate revenue booking and recording using Excel and Power BI reports.
• Work with cross-geo and organizational teams in the department on data management, innovation, and integration for improved efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with Adobe departments including Deal Desk, Revenue Assurance, Sales Operations, Credit, Legal, Sales, Product Delivery and Provisioning, Professional Services, Tax, and Sales Finance, as well as enterprise customers and partners.
• Support increased workload and hours when required, including month-end and quarter-end periods.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous, committed, adaptable, and inquisitive approach to work.
• Proficiency with information management tools such as SAP ECC and CC, Salesforce, SharePoint, or comparable analytical and information management software.
• Proven ability to apply strong analytical reasoning to evaluate complex agreements and independently resolve issues.
• Revenue Operations process experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-focused communication skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to evaluate workloads and reorganize priorities as circumstances shift.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business field.
• Demonstrated ability to responsibly use AI tools and recommend improvements that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency is preferred.

Pay Rate: $26.92 per hour
