Jr Cost Analyst

Job Description:

Insight Global is Currently Hiring for a Jr Cost Analyst to support one of our largest clients. You will support cost management on complex construction projects from early planning through closeout. Works with project leadership to track budgets, analyze costs, and support overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and report project costs against budgets.
• Develop forecasts, accruals, and cost analyses.
• Support earned value management and project controls.
• Review vendor/subcontractor invoices.
• Assist with estimates, contracts, and RFPs.
• Identify cost risks and support value engineering efforts.
• Build and manage cost reports, comparing actual vs budgeted costs.
• Help develop cost management processes.

Must-Haves:

• 2-5+ years of construction cost management experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• SAP experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
