Your Impact
- Coordinate the planning, and execution of international customer proposals, quotations, and competitive bids.
- Manage international programs and contracts from order receipt through execution, delivery, and revenue recognition.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to support successful program execution.
- Support cross-functional program teams across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and other stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making, milestone achievement, and contract compliance.
- Support international customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders, by providing clear communication, status updates, and issue resolution, throughout the program lifecycle.
- Coordinate program planning activities including customer requirements, technical scope, pricing, schedules, production planning, logistics, forecasting, and change management to ensure successful execution.
- Support engagement activities including executive meetings, factory acceptance testing (FAT), product inspections, factory visits, and milestone reviews to strengthen customer relationships and support contractual deliverables.
- Develop, analyze, and present program metrics, forecasts, and executive reports to communicate program performance, identify trends, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
- Occasional travel as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree with three (3) or more years of business experience.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (including internships, co-ops, or early career roles in sales, operations, or project coordination)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment with very tight deadlines
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, build strong relationships at all levels and across all business units and organizations, and understand business needs.
- Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks with changing deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- International sales experience
- Experience in bid and contract management
