As our Regulatory Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance programs across our products and manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do
Monitor and Analyze Regulatory Requirements
Track and interpret domestic and international regulations affecting our products, materials, manufacturing operations, and supply chain.
Evaluate proposed and enacted regulatory changes and assess potential business, operational, product, and compliance impacts.
Stay informed of emerging regulatory trends and compliance risks that may affect the organization.
Provide regulatory impact assessments, recommendations, and guidance to business leaders and stakeholders.
Support Compliance Programs and Certifications
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining regulatory compliance programs and initiatives.
Support internal compliance reviews, audits, risk assessments, investigations, and regulatory inquiries.
Prepare and maintain documentation required for product certifications, regulatory submissions, permits, and compliance reporting.
Coordinate certification renewals and ongoing compliance activities.
Ensure regulatory records are accurate, complete, current, and readily available for review.
Drive Reporting and Continuous Improvement
Develop and maintain compliance dashboards, implementation trackers, metrics, and management reports.
Analyze compliance trends, program effectiveness, and implementation progress.
Identify opportunities to improve regulatory monitoring, reporting, documentation, and compliance management processes.
Support special projects and strategic initiatives related to regulatory compliance and risk management.
Partner Across the Business
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, and Legal teams to support compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Support regulatory reviews for new products, product modifications, supplier changes, and international market-entry activities.
Develop internal guidance materials, training resources, and compliance communications.
Respond to customer, internal, and external regulatory inquiries and participate in global compliance projects and teams.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, product compliance, manufacturing compliance, or a related discipline.
Working knowledge of domestic and international regulatory requirements affecting products, manufacturing, materials, or supply chains.
Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply requirements in practical business and product environments.
Experience assessing regulatory risks and identifying effective compliance solutions.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with reporting tools, compliance databases, or regulatory management systems.
