About the Role
We are looking for a Merchandising Associate to support our merchandising team with day-to-day product, pricing, promotional, and vendor activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in retail, grocery, purchasing, inventory, pricing, or merchandising who is comfortable working with data and business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the merchandising team with product, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Set up and maintain product/item and pricing information in an ERP system.
- Assist with promotional offers and review product, cost, and retail pricing information for accuracy.
- Help research and resolve product, pricing, and promotional issues.
- Review basic sales and inventory information and prepare reports for the merchandising team.
- Maintain accurate product and item information.
- Prepare Excel reports and supporting materials for merchandising meetings.
- Communicate with vendors, stores, merchandisers, and internal teams regarding product and promotional updates.
- Assist with new product/vendor setup and other day-to-day merchandising requests.
- Support seasonal promotions and other merchandising initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in retail, grocery, purchasing, inventory, pricing, merchandising, supply chain, or related operations.
- Bilingual English/Spanish — required.
- Experience working with an ERP/business system — required; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, or similar functions are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with product, pricing, and inventory information.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with vendors, stores, and internal teams.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum annual salary for this position is $65,000 with full benefits.
