Job Summary
The Special Services Associates position is responsible for monitoring, billing, payment application, and AR follow-up of flat fee contracts, and other special accounts.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel); experience working with Adobe Acrobat; high regard for attention to detail; strong customer service and teamwork skills, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
