Job Title: Lead ContractSupport

CBREGlobal Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integratedfacilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Lead ContractSupport to join the team located in London.

Role Summary

The main responsibility of this role is to provide leadership to theBusiness Unit Contract Support team and financial and administrative support tothe Finance & Contract Support Manager. 

  • Assistwith the control of all financial and commercial aspects of contracts
  • Prepareand issue predefined reports, which form part of the contract and customerrequirement
  • Liaiseclosely with the site team and head office, ensuring accurate processing ofquotations, purchase orders, invoices, time sheets and holiday records.
  • Undertakethe training of staff as and when required. Run regular training gap reportsfrom training tracker.
  • Enablefull auditable trails with, for example but not limited, to invoices,timesheets, material orders and goods received notes.
  • Beresponsible for the commercial support on the contract through to finalaccount.
  • Runweekly aged debt report’s and liaise with the client to resolve any issues.
  • Completemonth end reports for the finance manager.
  • Collatingthe monthly forecasting and client reports.
  • RaiseAnnual Maintenance PO’s.
  • Full JDcan be provided upon application

Experience Required

  • A degree/qualificationin Finance or experience within a Finance role preferred.
  • A comprehensiveunderstanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts withinown job function is required.
  • Advanced math skills.Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, andmarkups.
  • Must demonstrate astrong sense of customer focus.
  • Excellent verbal andgood basic standard of written communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate andcommunicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
  • In-depth knowledge ofMicrosoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organisational skillswith an advanced inquisitive mindset.
