Strategic Sourcing Specialist / Associate Manager at Global Consulting Company

■Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, including RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and contract compliance.
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive procurement cost optimization initiatives.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and sourcing frameworks.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, and project teams to support workforce procurement and demand planning.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while driving supplier consolidation.
• Analyze procurement spend, contracts, and market trends to support sourcing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with global procurement teams and support implementation of global initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.

■Required Experience And Skills

• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or procurement consulting.
• Experience with supplier selection, contract negotiation, and RFx processes.
• Proven track record of procurement strategy development and cost reduction initiatives.
• Business-level English with experience working with global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
