Assistant Manager, Tender Management

Job Purpose

Execute the tendering and procurement process for all developments/projects to meet the Company’s objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist in executing overall tendering and procurement process for all developments/projects strategy according to Company’s policies and procedures
• Assist in preparation selection of eligible contractors for tender exercise based on approved Management Master list of Contractors
• Execute the tendering process to ensure Tender Exercise, Tender Approval Papers for Management (Circulation, GTC & BTC) approval and Tender Award as per Management Approval
• Execute tender award process as per Management (Circulation, GTC & BTC) approval
• Assist to ensure all tendering and procurement process meet the Company’s objectives
• Assist to ensure product launch readiness by timely tender and procurement processes to meet Company’s financial targets
• Assist in data consolidation through Elemental Cost Analysis upon award of contract
• Conduct market intelligence and provide key insight on industry cost benchmark and impact (especially on materials and services)
• Execute and assist the utilization of procurement systems and adoption of AI tools in procurement activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Survey or related field.
• 3-5 years relevant working experience in Property Development industry
• Registered Member of Board of QS Malaysia (BQSM) or Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) is an added advantage.
