Analyst, Procurement & Contract Management – Malaysia will prepare, gather, analyze, and execute procurement and contract management activities across projects, corporate, and indirect spend. This role ensures efficient sourcing of materials, services, and equipment while supporting safe, on-time, and cost-effective delivery. The role will also provide insights and recommendations to optimize procurement processes, supplier performance, and value delivery.


Responsibilities


Procurement & Sourcing Execution

  • Support procurement planning, sourcing, tendering, evaluations, contract awards, and purchase order management.


Supplier & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and value-driven procurement delivery.


Contract & Performance Management

  • Support post-award contract administration, contractor performance tracking, contract variations, renewals, closure, and value utilisation.


Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Manage tender committee documentation, procurement records, risk tracking, compliance monitoring, and audit-ready governance requirements.


Data, Reporting & Sustainability

  • Maintain procurement data quality, analyse spend and savings, report performance metrics, and support sustainability-related procurement initiatives.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, preferably in renewable energy;
  • Demonstrated experience in contributing to the development and execution of procurement strategies;
  • Proven proficiency in procurement and contract management, with hands-on experience executing frameworks, applying tools, and recommending improvements.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in procurement and inventory management;
  • Proficiency with procurement tools, digital platforms, and reporting systems;
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
