(Senior) Associate - Rewards Consulting

You will join a collaborative and international Rewards team. The team supports clients in designing and implementing competitive and compliant reward strategies, including executive compensation, equity plans, and incentive structures. Working closely with colleagues across tax, legal, and advisory, you will contribute to delivering integrated solutions to multinational and local clients in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Your Impact

• Support in executive compensation and reward consulting projects, including the design of executive incentive programs and compensation concepts at national and global level, with related income tax assessments.
• Advise on compensation disclosure in remuneration reports and ensure compliance with Swiss and international compensation regulations.
• Perform compensation benchmarks and market analyses to inform reward design and governance.
• Create client offers, presentations, policies and regulations, Excel simulations, and memos.
• Support in business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  

Your Skill Set

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, HR or a related field.
• Initial experience in rewards, compensation & benefits, HR consulting, tax or advisory services.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and structured thinking.
• Interest in regulatory, tax and legal aspects of compensation and reward structures.
• Strong communication skills in English; German is highly desirable for client interaction in Switzerland.
• Professional curiosity, proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic consulting environment.
