Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Oversee operational aspects and act as liaison between project management, planning, and line management.
- Compile, review, and analyze project budgets and variances.
- Prepare financial plans, reports, and maintain historical records.
- Enter and approve procurement requests, track spending, and review invoices.
- Partner with Finance and Capital teams to develop project budgets and capital documentation.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Budgeting, Purchasing and/or Billing experience in commercial/industrial projects.
Knowledge of facilities and construction projects.
Desired Skills
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or finance with 8 years of related experience.
Experience with SAP systems.
Knowledge of Capital planning
Good organizational/accounting skills.
Excellent computing skills with MS Office.
Ability to develop and present executive presentations
Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification or LEAN Six-Sigma Black Belt training.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
