Partnership Management Analyst (Renewables) - Evergreen

As part of the Partnership Management team, you will support the financial, contractual, operational, and reporting requirements associated with ENGIE's project partnerships. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Asset Management, Operations, Legal, and other teams to deliver accurate partner reporting, interpret agreement requirements, respond to partner inquiries, and improve recurring processes as ENGIE's portfolio continues to grow.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and coordinate partner deliverables, including annual budgets, monthly operating reports, financial information, board materials, and other agreement-required reporting
- Review partnership and commercial agreements to understand key obligations, deadlines, governance requirements, and financial provisions
- Coordinate across internal teams to respond to partner inquiries and support compliance with contractual commitments
- Analyze financial, operational, and contractual information to identify issues, trends, risks, and required actions
- Develop and improve tools, trackers, reporting processes, and automation that increase accuracy, visibility, and scalability
- Support partner meetings, governance activities, document retention, and ongoing portfolio management requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, Energy, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional experience for Analyst II consideration and minimum five (5) years of relevant professional experience for Senior Analyst consideration; level will also be determined based on demonstrated scope, complexity, and ownership of responsibilities
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret contracts, financial information, and complex business requirements
- Experience coordinating across teams and managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related business applications; experience with reporting, visualization, or process automation tools is preferred
- Experience in renewable energy, power, utilities, infrastructure, project finance, asset management, joint ventures, or related industries is preferred
- Familiarity with financial statements, GAAP/IFRS, partnership structures, or commercial energy agreements such as PPAs, LLCAs, JVMAs, LTSAs, OMAs, or AMAs is a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, and a collaborative approach

- These positions are eligible for our hybrid in-office work policy and are not eligible for remote work

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
