The Associate Program Manager supports the execution of customer programs within a complex, highly regulated, and customer-driven manufacturing environment. This role combines program coordination and execution support with PMO reporting, systems, and data management responsibilities. This individual works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate program data, disciplined execution, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Position Responsibilities
:• Support cost, schedule, scope, and risk management for assigned program
s• Maintain schedules, action logs, risk registers, and recovery plan
s• Support program kickoffs, gate reviews, PMRs, tier meetings, and customer review
s• Identify and escalate risks and issues with data-based recommendation
s• Support change management activities, including ROMs and RAF/REA documentatio
n• Prepare and maintain program financial scorecards (revenue, margin, EAC/ETC, variances
)• Consolidate On-Time Delivery (OTD) and other program performance metric
s• Maintain standardized customer scorecards and reporting package
s• Support PMO dashboards and leadership reporting cycle
s• Provide ERP/MRP administrative support, including program setup and data validatio
n• Maintain PMO templates, tools, and documentatio
n• Track PMO-level action items and support recurring cadence meeting
s• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Contracts, and Business Developmen
t• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and customer flow-down
s• Maintain audit-ready documentation in accordance with AS9100, ITAR/EAR, CUI/CMMC, and security requirement
s• Perform other duties as assigned to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of this organization

Qualificatio
ns:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or related fie
ld.• 1-4 years’ experience in program coordination, PMO support, operations, finance or manufacturing environmen
ts.
Work Environm
