Financial Project Coordinator

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a large-scale capital project program. This role will focus heavily on project financial management, including budgets, forecasting, invoices, pay applications, financial reporting, and project controls. The ideal candidate will bring a strong financial foundation combined with the organizational and communication skills necessary to support project managers, leadership, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience supporting construction, capital, facilities, or owner-side projects
• Background as a Project Accountant, Construction Accountant, Project Financial Analyst, Project Controls Coordinator, Cost Analyst, or similar role
• Experience with contract administration, procurement, or construction project documentation
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle or similar financial management platforms
• Experience using eBuilder/Trimble, Smartsheet, and/or Bluebeam
• Experience supporting large-scale capital improvement, healthcare, or facilities programs
• Understanding of project funding structures, budget forecasting, and cost management processes
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple project teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Construction Management, or a related field
