About The Department
- The Enterprise Vendor Management team drives Franklin Templeton’s global sourcing and vendor strategy. The team manages labor and non-labor suppliers to deliver high-quality services while optimizing cost and value. Team members partner with global stakeholders to execute strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contract management. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, gaining exposure to large-scale global projects and high-value business decisions.
- Manage sourcing across key business categories.
- Gather and clarify stakeholder requirements.
- Execute sourcing and contracting activities.
- Maintain accurate records for all engagements.
- Track requests and ensure timely updates.
- Run sourcing events and manage intake queues.
- Support supplier negotiations and contracting.
- Review and redline agreements.
- Partner with Legal to resolve contract issues.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance.
- Contribute to projects and strategic initiatives.
- 2–5 years in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management
- Exposure to professional services and corporate categories
- Financial services experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong sourcing and contracting knowledge
- Experience with spend analysis and reporting
- Contract review and redlining capability
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Familiarity with sourcing and procurement tools
- Comfortable working in ambiguity
- Strong prioritization and multitasking ability
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
