Work you'll do
As an Associate, Analytics and Insights on the Real Estate Services (RES) team, you will be responsible for:
- Abstract new lease documents into the Real Estate Technology System (RETS) and prepare tenant improvement summaries for new leases, including cash, dates, funding requirements, and sunset rules where applicable
- Maintain rent vendor information, including processing new vendors and vendor changes through the accounts payable system
- Support the monthly rent run by preparing invoice backup, compiling spreadsheets for analysis, and completing month-to-month comparisons
- Process subtenant cash receipts and monthly billing activities, including annual rent escalations, and maintain trending analysis worksheets for annual operating expense escalations
- Prepare lease surrender checklists, monitor building ownership changes, and support monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree
- 3-4 years of experience in lease administration, lease abstraction, and reporting
- Experience reviewing lease agreements, lease-related documents, and business communications to extract data for lease administration systems and reporting
- Experience preparing lease abstracts and supporting lease administration reporting activities
- Knowledge of commercial real estate documents and leasing processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience with U.S. commercial real estate lease abstraction
- Experience with operating expense reconciliations
- Experience working with a U.S.-based company
- Experience using third-party lease administration database programs
