Services Associate - Vendor Risk Compliance - Government and Public Services (GPS) - Hyderabad

- Maintaining awareness of requirements and status associated with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) records and managing a personal portfolio for active GPS subcontract and prime entities
- Collaborating with engagement teams, procurement specialists, and third parties to enter records in TPRM Gateway and complete required submission, renewal, and documentation steps
- Reviewing system information, checking documentation for accuracy and completeness, and entering engagement and third-party data into appropriate forms, databases, and systems
- Working with risk review groups and third parties to help expedite approvals, support reporting from TPRM Gateway, and analyze metrics tied to third-party diligence activity
- Maintaining data accuracy for GPS third parties, documenting approvals and exceptions against purchase order line items, and withdrawing or terminating records at the end of the period of performance
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce or Finance
- 1-3 years of professional experience
- Experience configuring, administering, or supporting an application or platform
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience entering, maintaining, and reviewing data or documentation in systems, databases, or workflow tools
- Experience supporting compliance, reporting, or operational processes that require accuracy and documentation control
- Experience supporting Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes
- Experience working with reporting or metrics tied to compliance or diligence activity
- Knowledge of Power BI, data analytics, and artificial intelligence tools and their applications
