At Hawai‘i Pacific Health the Financial Planning department provides quality financial services to the organization’s systems, directors and internal staff by acting as a liaison and business partner.

If you are resourceful, detail-oriented and talented with numbers, you could be the ideal candidate for our Coordinator, Physician Compensation position. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the development, implementation, and administration of Physician Compensation programs, in support of organizational goals and objectives, and ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state rules and regulations. We are looking for someone driven, with an appreciation for financial and operational integrity, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Pay Range: 32.95 - 41.19 USD per hour

Minimum Qualifications: Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or related work experience. Two (2) years progressive experience in a health care operations, Accounting or Finance environment, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or Business Management. One (1) to three (3) years of experience in payroll processing or accounting preferred.
