Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Provide financial business partnering support to the Plant Manager and local leadership team, enabling informed operational and financial decisions.
- Analyze product cost development, unit cost performance, and productivity metrics, identifying cost drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process, focusing on plant costs, production capacity, and financial impact on product profitability.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with plant functions and support execution of productivity improvement projects.
- Maintain and govern standard costing processes, including material master data accuracy and costing integrity.
- Coordinate monthly production cost variance forecasting and analysis, providing clear explanations of key variances and risks.
- Prepare and deliver monthly plant financial reporting and KPI analysis, leveraging global reporting tools and local business insights.
- Support global finance and operations initiatives, including internal control compliance, process improvements, system automation, and implementation of global tools.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Plant Controlling, Cost Accounting, FP&A, Manufacturing Finance, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing, product costing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, capacity planning, and productivity measurement.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with plant leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, capable of working within a global organization.
- Experience in multinational manufacturing companies and supporting plant finance/operations in a regional or global environment.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, financial automation tools, or process improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma).
