HCM Office: 536 Quang Trung, Thong Tay Hoi Ward, HCMC

English certificate allowance (e.g., IELTS 6.5 – VND 5,000,000/month).

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read the technical instruction documents, dissected volume and estimated quotation of the project by using Opera, Excel, Autocad … when the line manager or the authorized person assigns each specific project.
• Prepare material planning data in the SAP system, establish invoice pricing for shipments, develop material business proposals as required, and support relevant stakeholders in completing tender submission documents.
• Maintain up-to-date information on domestic and international material prices, labour costs, taxes, and other cost factors to support estimating, quotation, and tender preparation.
• Make documents of project price and cost estimation in accordance with the deadline set by the line manager or authorized person.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Management/Construction Economics or other related fields in Cost Estimation.
• Ability to work independently, quickly, with a high sense of responsibility and ability to withstand high work pressure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Careful, attentive, and responsible to every detail of the tender documents.
• Skills in planning and implementing tender document preparation for assigned projects.
