Business Operations Associate

About the Job

We are looking for a Business Operations – Associate to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role combines Government Relations, Corporate Partnerships, Deployment, and Business Analysis in a fast-growing mobility environment.

About Responsibilities

1. Government & Institutional Relations

• Manage relationships with government departments and coordinate bilingual documents, permits, proposals, and compliance matters.
• Prepare government meetings, track approvals and follow-ups, and ensure regulatory requirements are completed on time.

2. Corporate Relationship Development

• Build and manage corporate partnerships from prospecting and negotiation to signed agreements across F&B, retail, property, hospitality, and other sectors.
• Manage partner relationships, commercial terms, CRM pipelines, performance reviews, and opportunities for network expansion.

3. Deployment & Network Build

• Conduct site surveys and identify, negotiate, and onboard suitable locations for parking, charging, and shared mobility solutions.
• Coordinate vendors, installations, launch readiness, fleet operations, and on-site deployment to ensure smooth execution.

4. Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze site-level financial, demand, and operational data to evaluate deployment opportunities and identify underperforming locations.
• Maintain accurate project trackers, partner records, reports, and documentation to support business decisions.

About Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, high-growth startups, infrastructure, real estate, public-sector advisory, B2B partnerships, or a comparable operating role.
• Native-level Vietnamese and fluent professional English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of projects end-to-end, and spending significant time in the field.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills; experience in mobility, smart city, O2O, EV, infrastructure, retail/F&B, or commercial real estate is a plus.
• Motorbike licence and willingness to travel around Ho Chi Minh City.

Salary: Up to USD 1,300/month, plus performance bonus, full statutory benefits, and an international working environment.
