Role Description The Senior Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area. The Senior Associate will support transaction origination and execution, including financial analysis, due diligence, and preparation of investment materials for infrastructure projects in sectors such as energy, maritime, smart cities, and agribusiness. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and policy research, building and reviewing financial models, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to advance project structuring and capital placement. The role involves drafting presentations, memos, and proposals, contributing to negotiations, and maintaining strong relationships with public-sector counterparts and private investors. The Senior Associate is expected to take ownership of workstreams, support junior team members, and contribute to strategic initiatives that expand the firm’s deal pipeline.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with experience in evaluating infrastructure or project finance transactions.
• Proficiency in market research, policy analysis, and data interpretation to support investment theses and transaction structuring.
• Excellent writing and presentation abilities, including preparing investment memos, pitch decks, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience working with or alongside public-sector entities, development institutions, or regulatory bodies is highly beneficial.
• Background in capital markets, corporate finance, management consulting, or investment banking is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality outputs under deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging directly with senior stakeholders, including government and investor representatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Public Policy, or a related field; international experience is a plus.
• Professional fluency in English; Vietnamese language skills or other regional languages are an advantage.
• Demonstrated interest in infrastructure development, sustainable investment, and emerging markets, particularly Vietnam.
