The Legal Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Quận 4, responsible for supporting the company’s legal and compliance activities. This position handles the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents related to engineering and construction projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction project contracts.

• Analyze tender documents, contract conditions, and legal provisions.

• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation measures.

• Support contract management, commercial activities, and project bidding processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or commercial management within the construction industry.

• Good knowledge of FIDIC, EPC contracts, and construction contracts.

• Proficient in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
