Quantity Surveyor

• Work with Requester to get information and prepare the plan of the tender package including budget estimation and timeline to finish the task including oversea and local project.
• Prepare tender documents including Detailed BOQ Breakdown and understand project requirements.
• Synthesize and analyze the costs of product, thereby providing solutions for each project.
• Contact suppliers, check market prices to ensure budget and control project costs.
• Develop and build relationships with suppliers.
• Comply with bidding timeline, ensure project budget under control.
• Manage contract, payment, and prepare final account.
• Calculating, evaluating the VOs during the project timeline
• Perform other tasks when requested for assistance.
• Report the progress of the works to Manager.

Requirements:

• Have 3-5 years’ Experience in Quantity Surveyor/ Cost control.
• Exhibit a capacity to learn quickly and apply new knowledge efficiently to work tasks.
• Be familiar with software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Be able to work effectively in a team.
• Working style fast, honest, accurate, responsible, conscious, proactive in work, good communication.
• Experienced in negotiating domestic and foreign contracts, sales contracts, and construction contracts.
• Integrity and sense of detail attention.
