It is a rare opportunity that we have an opening in our Technology Transaction team, and this is one of them.

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and driven associate to join our high-tech practice and work at the heart of the tech ecosystem.

This is a unique opportunity to advise on cutting-edge matters involving technology commercialization, intellectual property, and complex cross-border deals.

You’ll work alongside leading startups and global companies across industries such as AI, cybersecurity, biotech, and semiconductors - structuring and negotiating innovative agreements, including IP commercialization, strategic collaborations, and SaaS transactions.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in international commercial law (high-tech / IP experience is a strong plus)

• Strong analytical and legal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent English drafting and communication skills

• A genuine passion for technology and innovation
