Sodastream: FP&A Analyst

Overview (English)

At Sodastream, part of PepsiCo, we’re looking for FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and reporting activities within our Global Finance team.

In this role, you will partner with HQ and market finance teams across multiple geographies to consolidate financial information, deliver insightful analysis, and support key planning cycles. You will play an important role in improving financial visibility, driving data accuracy, and enabling informed business decision-making

Responsibilities (English)

• Support monthly financial performance reviews by preparing reports, analyses, and insights on key business results.
• Consolidate forecasts from global markets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting timelines.
• Assist with Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecast updates, and other planning cycles through financial modeling and analysis.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
• Develop and maintain recurring financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership and business stakeholders.
• Partner with finance teams across global markets to collect, validate, and consolidate financial information.
• Support process improvement initiatives by enhancing reporting efficiency, data quality, automation, and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications (English)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance within a multinational environment.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial performance analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with planning and reporting systems such as TM1, SAP, Power BI, or similar tools.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
