Job Description

Global Fees and Billing support the Global Markets business by delivering analytical, reporting, and operational support across a broad range of financial products, including securities, foreign exchange, fixed income, and derivatives. The team are responsible for managing complex third-party billing processes across Global Markets. The team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing while partnering closely with stakeholders across Front Office, Finance, Vendor and Client Management, and Operations. Key responsibilities include performing analysis and reporting under general supervision, supporting end to end billing processes, and collaborating with cross functional teams to maintain efficient and controlled operations. This role offers strong exposure to financial markets, stakeholder engagement, and operational processes within a dynamic and growing environment.

Responsibilities:

Support billing for a variety of products:

  • Securities
  • Foreign Exchange (FX)
  • Fixed Income
  • Exchange Traded Derivatives
  • Over the Counter (OTC) Derivatives
  • Research
  • Process third party billing

Work under general supervision, following established procedures

Provide analysis, reporting, and support for Global Markets activities

Collaborate with:

  • Clients and Vendors
  • Front Line Business
  • Finance
  • Risk & Compliance
  • Technology
  • Senior Operations leadership
  • Assist teammates and contribute to end to end operational support

Requirements;

  • Excel skills
  • Experience in designing and implementing process improvements (particularly using AI tools and Alteryx/UI Path a distinct advantage)
  • Good Client Services Skills
  • Manage and resolve queries independently and able to demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving
  • Communicate clearly and precisely in both written and verbal context
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards when dealing with tight deadlines, high volumes and demanding clients
  • Ability to partner with key stakeholders
  • Attention to Detail & Critical Thinking
