As a Global Application Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing execution systems and supporting digital transformation across operations. Partnering with business users, IT teams, and vendors, you will drive system improvements, user adoption, and process optimization while ensuring compliance, cybersecurity, and data integrity. How you'll make an impact
- Deliver training and support to key users and end-users on system capabilities
- Communicate new features and drive system adoption across teams
- Manage incidents and change requests through full lifecycle delivery
- Ensure accuracy and availability of technical documentation
- Collaborate on vulnerability management and system security improvements
- Maintain application configurations, SNOW, and CMDB data quality
- Analyze and optimize MES/ECS processes aligned with manufacturing needs
- Gather user feedback and support continuous system enhancements
Your background
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with MES, ECS, or manufacturing systems
- Strong understanding of incident and change management processes
- Knowledge of system integration, configuration, and documentation practices
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and vulnerability management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
