Key Account Manager (Designer & Electricians Channel)

Mission

Шукаємо Менеджера з розвитку продажів та партнерської мережі до команди Schneider Electric Ukraine.

У цій ролі ви працюватимете на перетині Sales та Marketing, розвиваючи партнерську мережу серед електриків і дизайнерів інтер'єрів та допомагаючи збільшувати попит на рішення Schneider Electric. Це можливість впливати на розвиток бізнесу через побудову довгострокових відносин із професійною спільнотою та реалізацію партнерських ініціатив .

Ви підтримуватимете та розвиватимете існуючу партнерську програму для електриків , а також матимете можливість створити й розвинути новий напрямок співпраці з дизайнерами інтер'єрів . На вас чекатиме багато живої комунікації , зустрічей , заходів і роботи з людьми , які впливають на вибір рішень у проєктах .

Key Responsibilities

• Підтримувати партнерську програму для електриків та працювати над її подальшим зростанням .
• Створити з нуля партнерський напрямок для дизайнерів інтер'єрів та залучати нових учасників до спільноти .
• Співпрацювати з командами Sales, Marketing та Product Management для реалізації комерційних ініціатив і збільшення продажів .
• Будувати довгострокові відносини з електриками , дизайнерами , архітекторами та проєктувальниками .
• Проводити зустрічі , презентації , навчання , майстер-класи та галузеві заходи для просування рішень Schneider Electric.
• Формувати попит на рішення Schneider Electric та сприяти їх включенню в проєкти на етапі проєктування .
• Аналізувати результати партнерських програм , активність учасників і знаходити нові можливості для розвитку бізнесу .

Qualifications & Experience

• Від 1 до 5 років досвіду у B2B-продажах, розвитку партнерської мережі , маркетингу або роботі з клієнтами .
• Сильні комунікаційні , презентаційні та переговорні навички .
• Вміння ефективно працювати в команді та взаємодіяти з різними стейкхолдерами .
• Вміння будувати та підтримувати довгострокові партнерські відносини .
• Самостійність , проактивність та орієнтація на результат .
• Готовність до регулярних зустрічей , заходів і відряджень Україною ( до 50% робочого часу ).

Nice to Have

• Досвід B2B або проєктних продажів у сферах електротехніки , будівництва , дизайну інтер'єрів або суміжних галузях .
• Наявна мережа професійних контактів серед дизайнерів інтер'єрів , архітекторів , проєктувальників або електриків .
• Володіння а нглійськ ою мов ою .
